DIY Crochet Beanie – Day 34 – Boho Beanie Pattern
How to crochet a beanie? In this tutorial, I show you how to crochet a very simple boho beanie that will help you use up left over yarn! This pattern also works with DIY chunky yarn. This beanie should only take you about 1 hour to complete, making it a very quick and easy beanie pattern to follow. The colors used in this pattern can easily be exchanged to fit whatever color scheme you like.

Funky Boho Beanie Crochet Pattern:
Crochet Hook: K / 10.5 / 6.5 MM
Yarn: 4 Medium ~ 2 Strands ~ Big Twist Value brand (any yarn will work for this pattern)
Note: for this entire pattern, we will be treating the two strands of yarn like they are one, crocheting them simultaneously.
Magic Circle
Row 1: 11 DC inside MC. SL st in the top of the 1st DC st, yarning over with our next color.
Row 2: Place 2 DC in between each of the previous row’s DC stitches (22 total st at end of row). SL st into top of 1st DC st, yarning over with next color.
Row 3: *1 DC between 1st and 2nd DC st from previous row, 2 DC in between 2nd and 3rd st from previous row.* Repeat * around the row(33 total st at end of row).. SL st in the top of the 1st DC st, yarning over with our next color.
Row 4: *1 DC between st 1 & 2 and 2 & 3, then place 2 DC between st 3 & 4.* Repeat * around the row (44 total st at end of row). SL st in the top of the 1st DC st, yarning over with our next color.
Rows 5 – 12: 1 DC between each st in the row. SL st into top of 1st DC st, yarning over with next color.
Rows 13 – 17: Following continuous loop pattern, place 1 SC in each st in the row.
SL st in next 10 st.
Cut and tie off yarn.
