Crochet Beanie Pattern – SL BLO
Crochet Hook: F / 5 / 3.75MM
Yarn: 4 Medium ~ Big Twist Value brand
Row 1: CH 64, turn.
Row 2: 1 SL in BACK BUMP of each st in row (64 total st at end of row), CH 1, turn.
Rows 3 – ?: 1 SL in BACK LOOP ONLY of each st (except turning CH) in row, CH 1, turn. Repeat until this stretches comfortably around your head, or between 17 – 19 inches, depending on the size of the head of the person you’re crocheting this for. End your last row where your crochet hook is on the opposite side of your starting tail, then secure the two edges together by placing 1 SL in each corresponding st on the two edges.
Cut and tie off yarn.
Cut a strand of yarn ~ 1.5 feet. Weave strand through the loops on the edge of the side where your starting and ending tails are. Pull two yarn ends tight to close up the edge, and tie off.
